In 2021, his first full year as a Realtor, he was involved in over 22 Million Dollars’ worth of real estate transactions from listing and selling a $45,000 trailer in Lower Fairmount, MD to a $6.275 Million Dollar Self-Storage Facility in York, PA. Paul is licensed in Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania and is extremely knowledgeable in both Commercial and Residential real estate. Paul’s entire life has revolved around real estate. His mother Diana, the broker of Whitney-Wallace, has been in the real estate business for over 35 years. At a young age, Paul was involved in rental and property management, construction, warehousing and distribution. His experience in the field has taught him how to research, analyze, and interpret data to better suit the needs of his clients whether it be creating a listing price that represents the value of the property or an offering price for the purchase of a new investment.
